Full of the joys of spring

May Day is officially the first day of spring. I was in Oxford this weekend so I could have got up early and shuffled into town to see the choristers singing madrigals from Magdalen College Tower and students jumping into the river, but instead I tossed and turned fretting about my coursework and then raced off to London to see Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood play an acoustic set in aid of Friends of the Earth's Big Ask Campaign.

I can't think of a better inauguration to the sunny/exam season.

I've finally handed in the last piece of coursework, so have been celebrating today by doing past papers in the garden to make the most of the sunshine.

There will be some knitting content soon, I promise.

Hurrah! There's nothing as liberating as turning in that last paper. Happy spring!
